Ingredients
  1. 2 tbsp tahini
  2. 2 tbsp soybean oil (commonly labeled vegetable oil)
  3. 3 tbsp lemon juice
  4. 2 tbsp water
  5. 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
  6. 1 tbsp soy sauce
  7. 2 tsp sugar
  8. 8 cups kale (thinly sliced, packed)
  9. 1 cucumber (peeled and sliced)
  10. 1/2 cup smoked almonds (chopped)
  11. 1/2 cup golden raisins
Instructions
  1. Combine tahini, soybean oil, lemon juice, water, garlic, soy sauce and sugar in small bowl. Stir until smooth.
  2. Place kale and cucumbers in large bowl. Pour dressing over kale. Toss until combined.
  3. Marinate for a minimum of 20 minutes, tossing occasionally.
  4. Sprinkle with almonds and golden raisins.
