Ingredients
  1. 2 sweet potatoes (large, peeled, cut into 1×3-inch wedges)
  2. 3 tbsp soybean oil (commonly labeled vegetable oil)
  3. 1/2 tsp sea salt
  4. 1/2 tsp fresh black pepper
  5. 1/4 tsp paprika
  6. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Position rack in upper third of oven and preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray.
  3. Place sweet potatoes and soybean oil in large bowl, toss lightly. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
  4. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on prepared baking sheet, being sure not to overcrowd.
  5. Bake until tender and golden brown, turning occasionally.
  6. Cooking time is 18 to 24 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
