Soynut Satay Dipping Sauce
  1. 1 tsp garlic (chopped)
  2. 1/2 cup soynut butter
  3. 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  4. 1 tbsp soybean oil
  5. 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  6. 1/4 cup water
  7. 2 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
  8. 1/4 cup green onion (chopped)
  9. 1 1/2 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
Party-Perfect Tofu Skewers
  1. 1 Package - 20oz extra firm tofu (drained and cut into 42, 1-inch cubes)
  2. 2 tbsp lime juice
  3. 1 tbsp soybean oil
  4. 1 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
  5. 14 bamboo skewers
  6. 1 cup Soynut Butter Dipping Sauce
To Prepare Party-Perfect Tofu Skewers
  1. Place tofu, lime juice, oil and soy sauce in large bowl. Gently stir to coat.
  2. Cover and refrigerate, stirring occasionally, for 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Assemble 3 tofu cubes on each skewer.
  4. Brush grill with oil. Preheat grill to medium.
  5. Grill over medium heat for 3 minutes, turning frequently and brushing with soy sauce and oil, until golden brown.
  6. Serve with Soynut Satay Dipping Sauce.
To Prepare Soynut Ginger Dipping Sauce
  1. Pulse all ingredients in food processor until smooth.
  2. Place in small bowl.
  3. Cover and refrigerate.
