Ingredients
  1. 2 soy yogurt cartons (strawberry or blueberry, 6 ounces each)
  2. 1 cup strawberries or blueberries (frozen)
Instructions
  1. Puree all ingredients in blender until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into 5 oz paper cup or 1/2-cup popsicle hold.
  3. Place popsicle stick in center of mixture.
  4. Repeat to make 3 more popsicles.
  5. Freeze at least 2 hours or until firm.
